BIO

My name is Bec Brideson
(I’m only Rebecca if I’ve done something wrong) so please… call me Bec.

I am a published author, business strategy consultant, Fintech Founder and a a keynote speaker. As a professional woman with many hats and as a single mother to teenage girls I have ninja-level organisational skills.

As one of Australia’s experts on GI- gender-intelligence I bring experience from Board, Executive and business-owner knowledge.

I became the youngest female in Australia and 3% of women in advertsing to be a Creative Director. By 2004 I became 0.01% of women gutsy enough to open an advertising agency which i ran for 18 years.

This is the bit where i toot my own horn...

I am recognised for my work as a strategist, and a champion of change; receiving countless creative awards from the ad industry for the likes of Virgin, Qantas, Holden, Cricket Australia, and recently the launch of AFLW.

With my ultimate ambition to be an ASX Board Director, I am currently the Deputy Executive Chair on the Board at Shelford Girls Grammar.

My absolute commitment is to educating men and women about the possibilities ahead by being sharing vision and education in a gender-balanced world.
